My profile is very unique in a sense where, I’m probably one of the few people in HK, or even Asia to have worked in Global Engineering Firms. Global Architecture and interior design firms. As well as building construction, across projects in Commercial, Transportation, Hotels, Theme Parks, Retail, alongside Developers, Designers, Government Officials, Urban Planners. Hotel operators.
And I'm one of the few people in the industry with a true Marketing experience, as well as a genuine background in branding, omnichannel marketing, online offline, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and technology. For example, I was just elected Chairman of the Asia MarTech Society.
To demonstrate my track record in the industry, if you google my name Ken Ip and marketing, you will find a variety of media appearances of myself ranging from keynote speaker, I appear in a lot of conferences as speakers, from marketing, digital marketing, or on architecture and design topics ranging from how to build a smart city to transport oriented development, you name it. For example, I'm also on the judging panel for the Asia Property Awards this year, and I'm frequently featured in the media, including interviews on TV, newspapers, and magazines.
